Cynthia K. Persico - President / CEO

Cynthia K. Persico is the President/CEO of Corporate Care Works, Inc. (CCW). Ms. Persico specializes in the development, implementation, and strategic direction of programs focused on improving employee health and productivity. She has been involved in all areas of EAP administration since 1986 including training and supervision of clinical staff, evaluation of program effectiveness and developing new services. Cindy has held numerous leadership roles with the Employee Assistance Professionals Association including serving as the Southern Regional Representative on the National EAP Association’s Board of Directors. She's an active member and former Board member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as volunteers her time mentoring for Camp Entrepreneur and Girl Scouts of America. Ms. Persico represents CCW in the National EAP Best Practices Collaborative – a By-Invitation-Only association of regional EAPs committed to high quality and innovation in the EAP field.

Robert B. Clark - Vice President / Director of Operations

     

Bob Clark is the Vice President and Director of Operations for Corporate Care Works. Bob is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring the appropriate infrastructure is in place to support our providing superior EAP, HR solutions, and crisis management to our corporate clients and their employees. He is entrusted with ensuring CCW meets our customers' needs through timely, effective, and efficient support. Responsibilities also include presentations to senior management, project management and training of CCW employees on effective use of technology tools. Bob has over 35 years of extensive, proven leadership and managerial experience in the banking, insurance, convenience store, transportation and oil industries. He has owned a software development firm, Results By Computer, which provided custom designed applications for banks, convenience stores and churches.

Bill Johns - Director of Strategic Initiatives

     

Bill Johns is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has over twenty years of extensive managerial experience in health care administration, delivery, and consulting, including serving as Vice-President of Utilization and Benefits Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. Bill's focus is to ensure solid growth management for CCW and that our client's Return on Investment Analysis is comprehensive and done with integrity for true customer value.

G. Susanne Mckelvey, Clinical Director

     

Susanne McKelvey, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, is the Clinical Director for CCW. Susanne is responsible for CCW’s quality clinical care on a local, state, and national basis. She successfully manages CCW’s 24 hour Care Management Center and supervises the intake professionals and network management teams. She has extensive experience establishing and maintaining inpatient and outpatient treatment programs and is considered a leading Behavioral Health Executive with a focus on leadership in both private and non profit organizations. Susanne has proven skills in selecting and building highly effective teams, managing organizational growth, and improving client service delivery systems. Susanne is also a talented organizational assistance professional and brings a variety of professional experiences to her work at CCW.

Austin Tomlinson, Senior Account Executive

     

Austin Tomlinson is a Senior Account Executive. Austin, licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and Certified as an Employee Assistance Professional, holds leadership responsibilities in the areas of business development, account retention and account development,. Austin develops creative and strategic responses to corporate client needs and ensures program goals are met for each customer. He is member of the emergency response team, trained in critical incident response, and was voted as one of the top Health Care Heroes of 2007 by the Jacksonville Business Journal. Austin has over ten years of employee assistance consultation and program experience as a counselor, account executive, and marketing and sales representative.

In addition to EAP, our core business, CCW provides training and development services for change management, team building, leadership development, and a variety of other topics. We also have a unique expertise in Violence Prevention and Threat Assessment that is invaluable to our clients.
