Cynthia K. Persico, LMHC, is the President/CEO of Corporate Care Works, Inc. Ms. Persico is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and specializes in the development and implementation of programs for the successful resolution of employee challenges. She has been involved in all areas of EAP Management including training and supervision of clinical staff, evaluation of program effectiveness and program integrity. Cindy has held numerous leadership roles with the Employee Assistance Professionals Association including serving as Southern Regional Representative on the National EAP Board of Directors. She's an active member and former Board member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as mentoring for Camp Entrepreneur. |

Bill Johns, MBA, is the Chief Operating Officer. Bill is responsible for insuring that the solid growth management of CCW is aligned with our customer commitments. His focus is to ensure CCW's Return on Investment Analysis is complete and done with integrity for true customer value. For over thirty years, Mr. Johns has been in health care administration, delivery, and consulting. Bill is a former Vice-President of Utilization and Benefits Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. He has served on several Employer Coalition Board of Directors, been an officer for the North Florida American Institute of Industrial Engineers, and recently received the Ultimate Chief Financial Officer Award by the Jacksonville Business Journal. |

Sharon Allen is the Director of Accounting and Finance for Corporate Care Works. Sharon is responsible for all accounting functions, financial reporting, data analysis, payroll and management of the accounting staff. In addition, she is our liaison for Human Resources. Sharon has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience including ownership of her own small business accounting company. With her extensive financial and managerial experience, Sharon provides an integral component to the leadership team. |

Michelle Pargman, LMHC, is the Director of Account Management. Michelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and trained in EMDR. She received her Master’s and Specialist degrees from the University of Florida in Counselor Education. She has worked with CCW for the last ten years in various roles and has extensive experience with crisis management and counseling, in addition to providing quality consultation to HR professionals and managers. Michelle has conducted wellness seminars and trainings for a variety of industries and professionals on a broad array of topics. |

Incorporated in 1990 and based in Jacksonville, Florida,
we are employee-owned and operated. We provide local, statewide,

In addition to EAP, our core business, CCW provides training
and development services for change management, team building,
leadership development, and a variety of other topics. We
also have a unique expertise in Violence Prevention and Threat
Assessment that is invaluable to our clients.
